Pablo and his team did an amazing job re-piping our entire house. Pablo did a job for us recently and after speaking to him and seeing the quality of his work and his professionalism ,we decided that we wanted to go forward with the re piping. . Pablo Jason,Kyle and the team completed the job in three days. They were very polite, professional and respectful of our house. It was a job we were anxious about, but we are so pleased now that we decided to have it done particularly after suffering 5 under slab leaks. Pablo and his colleague attended our property and did a great job installing a new water pipe to bypass a damaged underground feed to the refrigerator. River and Ross came to fix a hose bib, and after their close inspection realized I needed 3 replaced. I am so grateful that these 2 servicemen went above and beyond to check them all. Ran new 3/4 water line from exterior wall of laundry to water heater. Tested our work and no leaks were observed. Lines were capped in wall and dead lines were isolated and open ended. 2 year warranty on labor, 15 year manufacturer warranty on uponor pex in the attic. Also signed up homeowner for John the plumber membership.
Upon entry into the home, customer brought us into the master bathroom and showed us the existing shower, diverter manifold and stem that he had already taken apart. Customer wanted an estimate to install new customer supply to shower, diverter manifold with trim set, matching the existing set. The customer proceeded to show us the laundry room area, which is located in the garage and customer wanted to reroute the existing hot cold and drain lines into a hall closet located just to the left of this existing location. I provided an estimate because customer did not want to move forward at this time. He is accepting other estimates.
We arrived to the homeowner house to find a slab leak in the laundry room. We explain to customer that we wold have to perform a leak search and cap both ends of the line. Home owner does not want to be left without water so he agreed for us to come back on Saturday. He also paid extra for it to be done on weekend.
This invoice is to provide services for a new P-trap due to the existing P-trap back falling, and it is an accordion trap. This estimate is also to repair the existing drain arm, located on the backside of the garbage disposal due to the boot, torn and leaking everywhere. Customer verified that everything is in proper working order and no leaks.
Will need to cut ceiling below in order to convert shower drain to tub drain. A new moen shower valve plumbed in for a tub will be installed. Will install customer supplied tub and return after tile is completed to finish trim out. Tub has been installed with drain test and overflow drop test as per pictures and video taken. I explained to Matt from entrusted that by this being an open face tub that this may need to be framed out before inspection. This is a PP consideration job Darin approved $1495 for installation of tub and $450 for multiple job cancellation TOTAL $1945
Upon arrival customer had a titan n180 tankless heater installed on Saturday and the mode button was defective. We called technical support to find we just had to move control panel around to get button to work. Technical support said this happens during shipping product. Upon arrival I was shown to a running toilet and a leaking emergency shutoff valve. An estimate to replace the emergency shutoff valve and pull, do a minor rebuild, and reset the toilet was agreed on and after the work was complete I flushed the toilet about 10 times and waited a while to ensure the parts were operating properly and water was holding in the tank. I then checked the valve for proper functionality and leaks. It’s working fine and leak free. Recommend replacing the main valve and keeping an eye on the water heater
John, the plumber will proceed to remove the trim pieces on both shower trim sets to access the existing shower cartridge. One shower cartridge has been removed. John the plumber will install new customer supplied shower cartridge for both showers. One interior and one exterior. John, the plumber will also snake out the master shower due to slow draining shower. At this time, customer understands due to the age of the existing cartridges that if for any reason, the existing cartridge cannot be pulled out due to brittleness and or breaking inside that John, the plumber will have to do a shower conversion set, and the full amount of the cartridge will get refunded to the Mowen conversion invoice. Customer also stated that at this time he gets low water pressure throughout the entire house and he did not want to proceed with a pressure drop test. The customer just wanted me to check the exterior ball valve to make sure it was fully on. Customer understands that there is a serious clog in

Customer call John the plumber out today because she would like a quote on installing an outdoor shower. When technician arrived to the customers home, customer escorted technician to the back of the house where they have plans of installing a outdoor kitchen and also installing a pool. Customer also explained to technician that she would like a outdoor shower. The only area of concern is customer will have to speak with the HOA of her community to see if she is allowed to put a shower on the side of the home. Customer will provide the customer with a few estimates by mid next week. The the estimates that the technician will provide to the customer will be for the following. Job details: When technician arrives from John, the plumber, he was greeted by Matt with entrusted. Matt, from interested show technician the work that needs to be done in the master bathroom, which was disconnecting all the water fixtures in the master bathroom. Technician disconnected all water fixtures, located inside of master bathroom, which includes: one piece toilet, bathtub, two bathroom faucets, shower and bidet. Water was restored to the home. No leaks were detected.
I performed a courtesy visit throughout both bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room/water heater. Everything looks to be in good shape with no leaks. All toilets and vanities are draining properly. Customer is not interested in having any estimates submitted.
